How TrendNavigator Pizza Began
Marco Bianchi and a small team launched TrendNavigator Pizza from a single location in South Edmonton with one wood-fired oven and a simple promise: real pizza, real fast.
Despite industry challenges, we pivoted fully to delivery, expanded our menu to 30+ recipes, and tripled our delivery radius to cover all Edmonton neighborhoods.
Launched our pizza catering service with a mobile wood-fired oven. Catered our first 100+ guest corporate event for an Edmonton tech company.
Reached 10,000 loyal customers. Introduced our 48-hour dough fermentation process and premium ingredient sourcing from Italian and local Alberta suppliers.
