By accessing trendnavigator.info or placing an order with TrendNavigator Pizza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and delivery/catering services.

All orders placed through our website or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply unavailability. Payment is required at time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash on delivery.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. TrendNavigator Pizza is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Redelivery fees may apply if an order cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

Catering bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit at confirmation. Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit the full deposit. TrendNavigator Pizza reserves the right to substitute unavailable ingredients with equivalent alternatives after notifying the client.

TrendNavigator Pizza Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
